The Engineer and Code Official Relationship: Common Plumbing Plan Review and Code Violations for Plumbing Systems

This program will provide training for the engineer to develop a relationship with the code official. Common code violations for permit applications and inspections for storm drainage, barrier-free, water systems, fuel gas systems, and grease interceptors will be highlighted and discussed.

 

Dan O’Gorman, President of Dan O’Gorman LLC, is a 38-year member of the United Association Local 9 Central New Jersey. He has worked in all phases of the plumbing and mechanical industry and is a licensed Master Plumber and HVACR Contractor. Dan is currently a Plumbing Sub-Code Official and Instructor. Dan has taught various law, regulations, and codes classes for 32 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and practice to this session. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology (BSET) from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
