Each webinar will increase the participant's knowledge and confidence in how to resolve conflict and seek opportunities within the situation. This series is catered to the young professional but any engineer or designer at any stage in their career will find use in this series. The webinars are presented by Christina Rowe, MSOL, of The Collaborative LLC. Holding a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership, focused on successful organizational development, change, and culture. Christina has worked with board of directors in many fields, as well as leaders in their industries from medical specialties, technology, construction, to creative production.
