This presentation and workshop will cover considerations when selecting hot water temperature to include reviewing hot water system routing options, understanding the limitations of “Rules of Thumb” HWR Sizing Methodologies, learning about the “True” Heat Loss Sizing methodology, understanding Hardy-Cross Method and Parallel Piping Systems. We will also review balancing valves types and limitations and review criteria for selecting a recirculation pump.
