Chemical dispensers and other kitchen equipment are often installed after buildings are inspected and approved. Many design professionals do not consider the need to provide water piping and outlets for this equipment. As a result, it is being incorrectly installed and creating hazards to the potable water supply. This seminar will provide direction on the proper installation of this necessary equipment and provide attendees with the knowledge to design and plan for future projects and an understanding of how these products work and the issues their installation may create.
