Josh Pedraja

Josh Pedraja has almost 20 years of experience in the Medical Gas industry serving various roles such as Service Coordinator, Inside and Outside Sales, and Customer Support.  He also has a background in industrial vacuum applications.  Josh holds a bachelor’s degree from Trinity International University in Deerfield, IL with an emphasis in music and education.  Prior to joining ASPE as Director of Education & Certification, Josh represented Patton’s Medical, where he covered the central U.S. and helped educate engineering firms, contractors, medical/lab facilities, distributors, and service partners about Patton’s products and services.  In addition to working for ASPE full time, he owns his own LLC for design and consulting, working with engineers and helping with Medical Gas Design.

Some of Josh’s recent accomplishments include becoming certified in Medical Gas Design and being the first to hold the ASSE 6060 credential through NITC.  He previously was the National Account Manager for a major health network, where he helped create medical vacuum and air system sizing standards. He has also worked with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) on designing and building mobile hospital trailers to treat Covid-19 hotspots and natural disaster relief efforts.

An ASPE member since 2020, Josh is affiliated with the Eastern Michigan Chapter, where he has served as Vice President, Membership, and Corresponding Secretary, as well as the Region 2 Affiliate Liaison. He also is active with the Central Ohio, Cleveland, and Chicago Chapters and has been a member of ASPE’s Membership Committee, Affiliate Advisory Committee and the Central Ohio Chapter 2024 Convention & Expo Planning Committee in Columbus, Ohio.  Josh and his family reside in northwest Ohio.
