Penn Pump & Equipment Company
John Abbott is a Sales Engineer at Penn Pump & Equipment Company, based in Hatfield, Pennsylvania. John manages the full sales cycle for HVAC and plumbing pumping systems across the Northeastern United States, including consultation, design, sales, and project coordination. He focuses on growing the Penn Pump's presence by leading outside sales and prospecting to bring in new business and build strong relationships with engineers and contractors. John’s territory includes Pennsylvania, New York, Delaware, Maryland, Ohio, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Vermont. He works closely with design engineers and contractors to solve complex fluid handling challenges with custom-manufactured solutions built to exact specifications. John is a graduate of Vanderbilt University with a degree in Biomedical Engineering and lives in Lansdale, Pennsylvania. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, playing music, fitness, and spending time outdoors.

K.C. Kramer is the Brine Systems Manager at The Cope Company Salt. During his almost 15-year tenure with Cope, K.C. has led the development and expansion of the company’s patented AUTOBrine® system, contributing to the company’s transformation from a regional salt distributor to a national leader in automated brine management systems and services.
As a recognized subject matter expert in the niche industry of brine systems, K.C. is dedicated to educating water treatment professionals and MEP engineers on solutions to improve their client’s operational efficiency and costs, mitigate risks, and reduce carbon footprint. His expertise has helped organizations across all industries to streamline their essential water treatment processes - including healthcare, manufacturing, pharma, government, and Fortune 500 companies, and has implemented hundreds of automated brine system projects.
Before joining The Cope Company, K.C. spent 10 years at General Electric (GE Healthcare) in the healthcare sector and 5 years in the environmental remediation services industry with Waste Management, Inc. He holds a degree in Environmental Engineering from Penn State University. K.C. and his family reside in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
