1. Review history of Flint Water Crisis to provide context.
2. Identify disinfectants such as chlorines, monochloramines, etc. and disinfectant-by-products.
3. Review lead, TDS, TSS, hardness requirements in water.
4. Understand corrosion inhibitors and mixed oxidants.
